The International Police Commission, a member of the United Nations – Economic and Social Council (UN – ECOSOC), is a duly registered international non-profit, non-secretarial, peacekeeping and social development paramilitary organization base in the Philippines with extension commands in member nations of the U.N. The International Police Commission – Global Command (IPC-PHILIPPINE / GLOBAL COMMANDS) is currently spearhead by its Supreme Commanding General, General Robert S. Biazon, IPC and consist of members, a force of 7,000 strong men and woman nationwide and worldwide, from various professional line such as businessmen, doctors, engineers, architects, lawyers, retired and active peace officers of the law, soldiers and veterans and other professionals who stand for peace, justice, liberty and democracy.

The (IPC-PHILIPPINE / GLOBAL COMMANDS) is committed to carrying-out our general mandate and objective of ensuring peace and order worldwide and is ever ready within our capacity to assist all law enforcement agencies of member nation of the United Nations in the campaign against criminal elements especially international criminal syndicates and terrorist organizations, involving the supreme citizen’s power under the Constitution of all nations to ensure equality of justice, freedom and democracy and to assist the governments of the member nations of the U.N. in humanitarian, socio-civic, and peace keeping operations, while being a catalyst for social development through socio-civic and economic development programs and projects.

More so, the Commission compliments alerts statues in surveillance and apprehension of persons in the most wanted list sought by police forces worldwide, track such persons, shares intelligence report to government and non-government agencies and effects arrest upon compliance of vested power of arrest. The Commission’s resources are vested with power and cloth as natural persons of constitutional authority with basic inherent right to perform such duties and responsibilities as Commissioned Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers and Confidential Agents.





To become a distinct organization committed to support the global law enforcement community in efforts to prevent and resolve crimes against humanity while promoting peace and order and fostering humanitarian cooperation, establishing security whenever appropriate, creating a united front in dealing with private and government agencies in activities with problems affecting human rights, economics, social affairs, humanitarian and peaceful operations and to augment local agencies in campaigns against organized crimes and international and local terrorism.



To serve as a catalyst for a peaceful global environment, providing worldwide services essential for private entities, governmental authorities and law enforcement agencies, assisting in resolving crimes against humanity.
